General terms and conditions in Hotel Pollinger in the heart of Meran

Arrival and departure:

On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 2 p.m. We request, that the rooms be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Dogs:

Dogs upon request only. Dogs are not allowed in the gastronomy areas, the swimming pool or SPA areas.

No smoking:

We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in all public areas of the hotel. You are welcome to smoke outdoors!

Reservation:

Your booking is considered firm after receipt of a written confirmation by e-mail, fax or post.

Travel cancellation insurance:

We recommend purchasing Travel Cancellation Insurance. The insurance protects you in case something happens!

Method of payment:

We prefer payment by cash and collection-only cheque. You can also clear your bill with EC card or credit card.

Room number:

Unfortunately we are not always able to promise floor level, location and room number within a certain category.
