For over 30 years our excellent cuisine has been lead by the owner. Herbert is personally responsible for culinary delights and pleasures. His skills even surprise the most spoiled palates: The mix of Italian lightness, true South Tyrolean tradition, and the many years of cooking creativity are the secret! Herbert prefers to choose himself: the secret of his gourmet creations are excellent ingredients, natural products from the region, and herbs from our own garden.

Enjoy our late-risers breakfast in the morning: from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. you can choose from our vast breakfast buffet with fresh bread, sliced meat, different types of jam, fruit, muesli, yoghurt, a vast assortment of tea and coffee, and cakes. In case of nice weather you can enjoy your breakfast on our sun terrace.
At lunch you can choose from our à-la-carte menu: local specialities, Italian delights and international dishes will spoil your palate.
In the evening Herbert will prepare a 5-course gourmet menu with salad and dessert buffets and a Mediterranean touch. We will be pleased to recommend the most suitable wine for each meal! Of course you can also dine on our garden terrace. By the way: Herbert will be pleased to provide dietary and vegetarian cuisine... simply inform us of your preferences!
