Arrival and Departure
Your room is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. Check-in is possible until 10:00 p.m.
Winter Season (November 1 to January 6)
During the winter season, our hotel is adult-friendly and welcomes guests aged 16 and over, offering a peaceful stay in a stylish and relaxed atmosphere.
Pets
As pets are only permitted in selected rooms, we kindly ask for your understanding that we may not always be able to provide an offer for guests travelling with pets.
Cuisine
Our restaurant (à la carte and half board) is open from April to November.
During the winter season, we offer accommodation including breakfast.
On New Year's Eve, we spoil you with a special New Year's Eve menu and invite you to celebrate the turn of the year with us in a delightful culinary setting.
From 2027 onwards, our restaurant will be closed on Wednesdays. A short break for our team – and some culinary freedom for you!
Non-Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas. You are, of course, welcome to smoke outdoors.
Prices
Prices vary depending on the season, length of stay and availability. They are quoted per person, per day, including all stated services and excluding the local tourist tax (applicable from the age of 14).
Reservations
Your booking becomes binding once you have received a written confirmation from us by email, fax or post.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before the arrival date will be charged at 50% of the total booking price.
Late cancellations or changes, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the total booking price.

Payment Methods
You can settle your bill by EC card, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, cash or bank transfer.
Room Number
Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee a specific floor, location or room number within a particular room category.
